Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Life Lawns and Landscaping, agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions is assumed. If there is no agreement with any part of these terms, the services should not be used. Life Lawns and Landscaping reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

SMS Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern SMS text message communications with Life Lawns and Landscaping. By providing a mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, agreement to these terms is confirmed:

• Program description: Life Lawns and Landscaping sends SMS text messages related to promotional offers, service reminders, scheduling updates, and account communications.
• Opt-in consent: By providing a mobile number and checking the opt-in box, express written consent is given to receive automated and non-automated SMS text messages at the number provided.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Messages may be received periodically based on interactions, active services, and promotions.
• Opt-out: SMS communications may be canceled at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Upon opting out, a confirmation message will be received confirming unsubscription.
• Help: For support, reply "HELP" to any message, or contact Life Lawns and Landscaping directly.
• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on the mobile carrier plan. Check with the carrier for details on the specific plan.
• Carrier liability: Life Lawns and Landscaping is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery of messages caused by the mobile carrier.
• Age requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate in the SMS program.
• Number changes: If a mobile number changes, Life Lawns and Landscaping must be notified to update records. Responsibility lies with the account holder for any charges resulting from messages sent to a number no longer owned.

Services

Life Lawns and Landscaping provides commercial and residential lawn care, landscaping, and related services in Jasper, Cullman, and surrounding Walker County, Alabama. The right to refuse or cancel services is reserved at Life Lawns and Landscaping's discretion. Service schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Payment for services is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of service scheduling. Accepted payment methods are listed on estimates and invoices. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Liability

Life Lawns and Landscaping is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Life Lawns and Landscaping and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Walker County, Alabama.
